High-Sensitivity Fluorometer

Highly variable Fluorometer product line offers non-invasive assessment of photosynthesis in suspensions, leaves, corals, natural water with phytoplankton, or even single cells.

Measured fluorescence emission is excited by a set of light emitting diodes (LEDs) that generate Measuring Flashes, Saturating Actinic Flashes, and Continuous Actinic Light.

Chlorophyll fluorescence is measured with a time resolution of up to 1 µs.

Fluorometer-Supported Investigations:

  • Pulse Amplitude Modulation Measurements (PAM)
  • Fast OJIP Transient Capture
  • Rapid Measurements of QA-Reoxidation Kinetics
  • State Transitions
  • Quenching Parameters
  • Photochemical Yields
  • Determination of the Effective Antenna Size in Photosystem II
