Highly variable Fluorometer product line offers non-invasive assessment of photosynthetic parameters in suspensions, leaves, corals, natural water with phytoplankton, or even single cells.
PSI fluorometers measure with time resolution down to 1 µs.
They are based on Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) measuring method, which is unique in providing highly selective measure of the relative chlorophyll fluorescence quantum yield.
Measured fluorescence emission is excited by a set of light emitting diodes (LEDs) that generate measuring flashes, saturating actinic flashes, and continuous actinic light. This configuration allows employment of Saturation Pulse Method, which is used for rapid assessment of photosynthetic energy conversion.
