Handy GFPCam FC 1000-H/GFP
Handy GFPCam is a modified version of the HandyCam. It is primarily used for imaging of fluorescence protein emission in samples with dimensions ranging from millimeters to centimeters.
Handy GFPCam is typically produced with blue (455 nm) or cyan (475 nm) super bright LEDs as excitation sources and 510 nm emission filters. This combination is best suited for imaging of the popular EGFP (red-shifted) variant.
The device is easily portable. It is supplied with a battery charger and a small power supply for lab experiments. Both the batteries and the power supply fit into provided convenient bag.
Features:
- Both lab and outdoor applications.
- Measuring unit size only 21.5 cm x 13.5 cm x 13.5 cm.
- Running on batteries or power supply.
- Easily portable in a convenient bag.
- Ultra-high sensitivity CCD camera.
- Coming with a high-end computer and user-friendly software.
Applications:
- Screening for GFP-containing GMOs.
- Transgene expression & localization.

Ultra-Light Tripod
The Tripod Stand is a very useful accessory for field experiments. Its robust and flexible construction offers needed stability during imaging operations. The stand is water resistant and its variable height allows imaging of samples at different levels within the vegetation. Height up to 1.5 m; weight 3.3 kg; includes a bag.
Leaf Clip
The leaf clip simplifies the process of collecting fluorescence images on vegetation. The unique design includes a gentle lock/release system for holding the target leaf in place without detachment or excessive disturbance. It also allows for dark adaptation.
Battery Pack
A useful supplement for comfortable field measurements. Weight: 3.6 kg. Size: 22 x 20 x 13 cm.
Ultra-Light Battery Pack
Ultra-light battery pack weighs only 2.1 kg.
